Where to find Flagship Check-in?
Flagship Check-in is situated outside of Terminal 3, at the end of the departure building Zone H area.
What are the opening hours?
Daily 06:45 to 18:15 (Saturday closes at 16:15)
Out of these hours you can check-in at Zone B in Terminal 3.
Who can use Flagship Check-in?
Flagship Check-in is available to passengers travelling to the US in First or Business Class on American Airlines, AAdvantage Executive Platinum® and oneworld Emerald customers.
AAdvantage Platinum® and oneworld Saphire not travelling First or Business Class are invited to use the First Class check-in counters in Zone B. AAdvantage Gold and oneworld Ruby, are invited to use the Business Class check-in counters in zone B.

Our easy-to-use touch-screen self-service kiosks guide you through the check-in process or talk to our helpful customer service representatives who will assist you in checking bags, seat changes, upgrades and itinerary changes.
How to access Admiral’s Club® and Flagship lounge?
Once checked in, proceed to the main terminal. Take the elevator in Zone E to the first floor and go through fast track security.
The Admirals Club and Flagship lounge are located in Lounge H area.
