How do I buy a ticket?
An OnTouch representative will be located in the departure lounge prior to your American Airlines flight to London, or in the Admirals Club, to offer you the opportunity to buy Heathrow Express tickets for your arrival in London. Only credit cards are accepted.

The representative will ask you whether you want First Class or Express Class (regular) tickets, Adult or Child and round trip or one way.

What are my travel options once I get to Paddington?
Paddington is on the London Underground (Tube) system, so you're well connected to the rest of London. You also have the option to continue your journey on a London Transport bus or pick up a licensed taxi (black cab) at the cab rank.

What do I do if I have lots of luggage?
There's plenty of luggage space on board our trains, and our well-trained staff are on hand to help.

How do I get back to the airport?
Heathrow Express trains depart from Paddington station every 15 minutes. The first train leaves at 05:10. If you buy a return ticket from our representatives at the gate, you can save time and money.
