Our Flagship^TM Check-in is an oasis of calm, free from the noise, hustle and bustle of the main terminal.

Where to find Flagship Check-in?

Flagship Check-in is situated outside Terminal 3, Zone H.

What are the opening hours?

Sunday – Friday 05:30 to 18:15

Alternatively you can check-in at Zone F in Terminal 3.

Who can use Flagship Check-in?

Flagship Check-in is available to passengers travelling to the US in First or Business Class on American Airlines, as well as AAdvantage® Executive Platinum and oneworld Emerald customers.

AAdvantage Platinum and oneworld Sapphire customers not travelling in First or Business Class are invited to use the First Class check-in facilities in Zone F.

AAdvantage Gold and oneworld Ruby members, are invited to use the Business Class check-in facilities in Zone F.

How to check-in?

Our helpful customer service representatives will assist you in checking bags, seat changes, upgrades and itinerary changes.

How to access Admirals Club® and Flagship Lounge^TM?

Once checked in, proceed to the main terminal. Take the escalator or stairs in Zone F to the first floor and go through fast track security to departures. You'll find the Admirals Club® and Flagship Lounge^TM at Lounge H.
