Conference Rooms


Conference Room At American Airlines we understand the importance of a close and convenient meeting place which is why we have Executive Centers and conference rooms. Fly in for a client meeting, close the deal, and still be home in time for dinner. And anyone can book a meeting at an Admirals Club® location - and you don't even have to be traveling. We can arrange access for non-traveling conference room attendees (with the exception of Narita).

Our conference rooms are equipped to meet the needs of an individual traveler or a large group. We also have Executive Centers located in two key business markets that offer state-of-the-art business facilities, professional staff and coffee and tea with full catering service available upon request.


Conference room amenities include speakerphones, computer data ports, presentation boards, TVs, VCRs, slide projectors and data projectors. Customers have access to fax services, copiers, paper shredders, computer ports and workstations. Amenities vary by location.

Day Rate = 7 Hours
Minimum booking is 1 hour.

To reserve a conference room or request more information, please call 1-800-237-7971 (from the U.S., Canada or Puerto Rico) and select option 3 or 1-817-963-6100.

Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event that you should need to cancel your meeting within 3 business days of your reservation, cancellation charges may apply. Please see below for details.
  • Full catering charges for a cancellation of catering only within 1 business day of the date of your scheduled meeting.
  • The full price of the scheduled reservation for a cancellation within 2 business days of the date of your scheduled meeting.
  • 50% of the full price for the cancellation 3 business days prior to the date of your scheduled meeting.
  • No part of the price for cancellation more than 3 business days before the date of your scheduled meeting.
If cancellation due to American Airlines flight delays or cancellations, no charge will be collected regardless of when the customer cancels the reservation.
