• Selling period From 19 Dec 2012- 22 Jan 2013 included. Extended until 29 January 2013!
  Reservations must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to first departure date.
• Outbound travel dates Between 26 Dec 2012 – 30 Sep 2013. Travel 20 Oct 13 to Orlando and Las Vegas.
  Travel from London Gatwick to Las Vegas and Orlando on AA*/BA until 20 Oct 13
• Minimum stay One Saturday night.
• Maximum stay 12 months.
• Child / infant discounts Children aged 2-11 years pay 75% of the adult fares.
  Infants under 2 years of age with a seat: Charge 75% of the adult fares.
  Infants under 2 years of age without a seat: Charge 10% of the adult fare.
  No discount applies to taxes, fees, or fuel surcharge.
• Fare rules No refunds allowed once ticket is issued.
  Rerouting/ Name change not permitted.
  Changes to return flight / date permitted for £100.00 per ticket.
  Changes are only permitted up to the day before the scheduled departure / no changes permitted on day of departure.
• Stopovers Not allowed.

• AAdvantage miles These fares qualify for AAdvantage mileage accrual.
• Fares are based on an adult return-trip.
  Fares shown in the table are valid for midweek travel Monday to Thursday. Slightly higher fares apply for weekend travel Friday to Sunday.
  Fares shown are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include taxes, fees and surcharges.
  Taxes, fees and surcharges do vary and may be subject to an increment therefore, fares shown in the table may be marginally higher depending upon routing.
  Fares valid from London (LHR or LGW).
  Sale fares are subject to availability.
  If your booking does not give you one of these fares, it may be that your chosen flights do not adhere to the terms and conditions of these fares or there are no longer any seats available at this special fare on your chosen flights.
