5th February
Bad weather and snow are affecting many parts of the UK. This may well cause disruptions, delays and cancellations to the operation of our flights both to and from the USA.
In addition all airlines flying out of London Heathrow on Sunday February 5th have been asked to reduce their number of flights to help ease potential congestion as a result of the
bad weather.
Our teams are continuously monitoring the situation to provide regular updates and all customers due to travel in the coming days are advised to check the status of their flights regularly and before leaving for the airport. If your flight has been cancelled then please do not travel to the airport and follow the instructions detailed below in the Travel Policy section.
