Infant Reservation
- Customers traveling with an infant will need to make their booking through the website first and then contact the local reservations office, providing their record locator and the infant date of birth.
- Please find the local reservations office number in the customer service section.
- Infants bookings will be charged applicable infant fare but will not pay for additional handling fee when reservation is done over the phone providing the infant booking is made in conjunction with adult tickets booked online.
Infant Definition
- Travellers less than two years old will be considered as an infant and may travel with an accompanying adult passenger.
- The age of the infant is based on age at commencement of travel.
